Dear visitor, welcome to the digital home of Al-Tajhiz 1 School — affectionately known as Jowdat Al-Hashemi Secondary School. Nestled in the heart of Damascus, our institution stands as a living monument to nearly a century of educational excellence, national pride, and intellectual heritage.
Founded in 1929 under the visionary leadership of President Taj al-Din al-Hasani, and officially opened its doors in 1936, Al-Tajhiz was the first official secondary school in all of Syria.

زائرنا الكريم، أهلاً وسهلاً بك في البيت الرقمي لـ مدرسة التجهيز الأولى — المعروفة بمحبة باسم ثانوية جودت الهاشمي. تقع مؤسستنا في قلب دمشق، وتقف شامخة كنصب تعليمي حي يزخر بقرن من التميز الأكاديمي، والفخر الوطني، والإرث الفكري العظيم.
تأسست المدرسة في عام 1929 تحت القيادة الرؤيوية للرئيس تاج الدين الحسني، وافتُتحت أبوابها رسمياً في عام 1936 لتكون أول مدرسة ثانوية رسمية في سوريا جمعاء.
إرث محفور في الحجر والروح
مبنى مدرستنا ليس مجرد بناء — بل هو شاهد على التاريخ. تلك الممرات التي كانت تدوي بخطى ميشيل عفلق وصلاح الدين البيطار لا تزال تلهم طلاب اليوم.

رحلة عبر الزمن
من حجر الأساس في عام 1929، إلى دخول الطلاب الأولين في 1936، مروراً بالاستقلال وعصر الفضاء والعصر الرقمي — لم تتوقف التجهيز عن التطور مع الحفاظ على تقاليدها: الطابور الصباحي، وإلقاء الشعر، ويوم المؤسس.
